    At a stroke, government could reduce this "problem" by more than half by: (a) eliminating farm price supports; (b) eliminating Department of Agriculture grading and inspection programs; and (c) eliminating FDA packaging and labelling requirements. Eliminating Food Stamps would help, too, by causing prices to fall.

    Functionally, it's SO easy: just CUT IT OUT!
