Congratulations! As a subscriber to the Economist, it's a shame it's in the number one spot. But, at least it's not Krugman's blog.

Jeff & Everyone @ the institute,

Congratulations. It is an awesome accomplishment, considering the fact that most of the other sites are stats sites. Those who constantly take a swipe @ mises institute are not to be seen anywhere in the top 20.

I love how every other link has like 1 sentence to describe it while mises.org has almost an entire paragraph stating what it has.

    Makes me happy.

Why is UC Irvine's website considered an economic site?

Awesome! You guys (and ladies) do an excellent job with this site. I'm not a member of the LVMI yet, but this pushes me one step closer. Keep up the great work.

I would suspect the real rankings of LvMI are higher, only because the LvMI crowd is much less likely to visit this site with the Alexa toolbar installed as a percentage of total visitors. So it is very likely that the stats are under-reported because the readership here is so web savvy.

Yes, I agree that Alexa has no credibility. Still, I imagine that mises.org is one of the most widely-visited economics sites out there.

Yeah, I don't have that toolbar installed and visit the site.

This is one of my favorite sites. Mainly because it cuts through the BS. I like the truth straight please.
