Change your Will immediately
I just received an email from a man who changed his will to leave all his writings to the public domain, so as to avoid the serious problem of writings disappearing for 100 years. This is a very wise thing to do. Anyone who has written anything should do this immediately. (His decision was influenced by this.)

This post by Stephan Kinsella suggests that "Creative Commons Attribute" would be a better move.
To be clear, though, I don't claim any expertise in this area.
