1: literature section of site 2: good question. pdf is my favourite format too.
this was always one of my preferred overviews. i always liked this better than hazlitt's lesson. deserves a bigger audience, maybe the new format will help.

Put your mouse where it says "iPaper" at the top; a menu pops up; select "Save Document" - you get the PDF.
