  Just thought I'd let you know that clicking on covers above in either the intelligentsia's Browser - Firefox or Internet Explorer doesn't display - error message is unknown type of file descriptor.

  Anonymous, that was a joke about how Kinsella supports copyright -- he would hypocritically want to stop me from selling a copy of his work.
