I'll be in NYC later this month to catch a flight to Mexico, I'll have to see if I can squeeze in some time there.
The Banco de Mexico in Mexico City has their museum of economics, but obviously it's a bit biased towards central banking.

@Champthom: Are you referring to the Museo Interactivo De Economia? I visited it in December. It seems aimed at teaching kids about economics, but I don't know of very many other museums that run a pretend stock exchange, which was a fun feature. It was funded almost completely by the Mexican Central Bank though, so sadly, it was quite biased towards central banking.
