Remember those old photographs with Churchill, Stalin, and Roosevelt, posing as masters of the universe? The victors were meeting to carve up Europe and divide the spoils. Something about those photographs continues to inspire political leaders all over the world.     Brings to mind Dr. Hoppe's discussion of conservative socialism: imposition of regulation, behavorial controls, and legislation so as to maintain the status quo. The environmentalist movement surely is the height of conservation in this regard.
