Rothbardian Rights Theory, circa 1959

Murray Rothbard's most thorough presentation of libertarian rights theory is his Ethics of Liberty, published in 1982. How much had his theory changed over the years? Not much. Compare his 1982 chapter on human rights to this article he wrote for The Freeman in 1959:


"Propterty Rights are Human Rights"
