Shortages in Hawaii

Who says Austrians can't predict: "Drivers who milk the remaining drops of fuel in their tanks while waiting for prices to drop have often miscalculated — and been forced to call tow trucks to bring them gas. Several tow truck companies said yesterday the number of "out-of-fuel" roadside service calls have doubled — or more — since Hawaii's first-in-the-nation gas cap law took effect on Sept. 1." Honolulu Advertiser.
