Thwarting efficient democracy
Karen DeCoster blogs about this article at LRC. Post-contractual opportunism may rear its ugly head, but it would be nice to see candidates campaign with their money instead of their mouths. Living in a key "battleground" state like Missouri, I might be able to reap quite handsomely...hmmm...
