Spitzer plans action against Morgan Stanley-report (Reuters): "New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer plans to bring forward on Monday a "significant enforcement action" against Wall Street investment bank Morgan Stanley MWD.N , Bloomberg News reported, citing two people close to the investigation. And a report by The Wall Street Journal, also on Monday, said U.S. securities regulators have told the firm it may be charged with unlawful profit sharing by raking in outsize commissions from customers who got hot initial public offering shares during the stock-market bubble."
