Kishore Jethanadani March 11, 2009 at 9:57 pm: Came across an interesting statistic yesterday which says hospitals in the USA make 48% profit from patients with private insurance and lose 45% from those with Government insurance. So if Government insurance coverage expands, the private one will either become more expensive or the Government insurance will collapse.
