Personally, I don’t think that “faces of dead economists” will do much in order to create interest nor understanding for the subject. And this particular image is unintelligable even to me, even though I think that I recognize the face of Ludwig von Mises behind those colored blurs.
HOPE (for better ways to communicate the message…)
Okey. I’m non-American (and possibly a tad daft). I didn’t understand the reference to Obama Obama. Since Ron Paul left the race, I never cared about the US election process
“You do realize that there is only one other Politician referred to by the public as Messiah?
Guess WHO?”
Well, the REAL ONE of course!
The one whose magic consists of “doing nothing”, and who as congressman, against everyone else, always spoke and voted for exactly that little magic, decade after decade.
Regarding Obama, we should be very careful not to invite in our midst those individuals who call themselves “Republicans” attacking Obama as a socialist should not neglect the truth that the opposing party are Fascists.
Many a fascist have been riding on our wagon for sometime now. It is time we segregate these pathetic political groups and expose them both for what they truly are.
Of course it’s ridiculous to compare Bush or Obama with the most terrible politicians of the 20th century. Bush/Cheney was even polite enough to NOT arrange any disastrous terroristic mass killing in order to motivate their war on Iraq. Stalin and Hitler would certainly have required much more dramatic sacrifices as ouverture for their war. Like Poland. And maybe Obama will have the courtesy to not immediately, but only step by step drag the US into next world war, like his great idol FDR?
I agree the comparison to Hitler or Stalin are not statistically correct, but they don’t need to be just as evil to be socialists or fascists. The way things are going, Obama or somebody else from the other party, will soon occupy a top spot among the who’s who of catastrophic leaders of this world.

I like it.
I’d rather see a face of reason than a face of force.
For purposes of irony, is there a Che-Guevara-esque picture of Mises?
Should scribble in “Real” in marker above the HOPE so that the text read “Real HOPE”.
Now you’ve done it. You went ahead and got creative without asking the AP first.
Fephisto,
The Institute had a shirt of Mises mocking the Che shirt. It says Tu Ne Cede Malis.

‘HITLER’
And NOW, the FBI, NSA, ect. will be knocking on my door.
But what the heck, someone has to stand-up and say it out loud and hold fast to the ROD.
