I love mises.org

The quality and quantity of information made available on this site is truly amazing. I’d like to thank everyone that puts in work at Mises.org. I believe it is this caliber of education-activism that is going to make the difference in the long run.

Unfortunately, the financial crisis has put me in the “unemployed” category, but as soon as I am back on my feet, I owe you guys a sizable donation.

I’d just like to second Jason’s comment. This is a phenomenal website. Setting aside the importance and correctness of the content itself, just the shear volume of information, the multiple paths to explore and learn from, the quality and editing, and of course the sophistication of its readers is all truly remarkable. I can’t think of another site of any discipline that compares to this one. We advocates of individual liberty are very fortunate to have the Mises Institute covering our backs.

This is my new favorite website! I love it. Keep up the good work.

The 6.7 terabytes for this month is equivalent to 28 million pdf copies of Bastiat’s THE LAW

You people have changed my life. Out with the “news” and in with the “facts!” My iPod is an economics professor now. I can’t stop reading this stuff, even though a lot of it is over my head. Hey! What can I do!? I’m in a GRADUATE-LEVEL English program. God knows the educational system hasn’t taught me any facts in a long, l

I can proudly say that I have downloaded a sizable chunk of audio video and books including many which I later purchased from your store. I am on your site all day reading and I must admit I am addicted. It has changed my life and I look forward to one day attending your school.

I arrived at mises.org looking for the methodology for the von mises equivalent stress calculation for alternating loading (mechanical engineering). I was raised in one of the “tin foil hat wearing” houses the fellow in the other thread was talking about – the honesty, truth, and skepticism of power that I found here sucked me in. Reading this site has saved me a lot of money during the recent descent into depression, and I have been doing my best to engage my coworkers in constructive discussion about all topics Austrian. I must admit that I explain ABCT with my version of Mises error theory – but I am reading Jorg’s journal paper that was linked in on one of the forum posts!

Thank you all, mises.org is my favourite website since 1999 ! Actually, I would not mind getting into “unemployed” category for a while :-) There are so many interesting articles to read !

PS: I framed a, now made obsolete, 100 Austrian Schilling Bill ( replaced by ugly EURO) along with a with Böhm Bawerks Picture and have it sit on my desk as a daily reminder on where things are going!!

Jeffrey,

that is great news. the wealth of information, and sound thought, that y’all offer, is, truly, a Gift.

We can all hope that this flow of information continues to grow exponentially – enough to topple the unConstitutional coup and quick enough to transition the world into the early stages of a classical liberalism civilization during our lifetime!

And probably you will need to expand at least three times, since you might have to consider versions in other languages. I am already volunteering to translate any crucial material you need for your future Spanish version of the website.

I wish that actual iPod capable videos were available here, and that all of the audio files that make reference to written documents or slides, could be tied together with those documents in their own sections.
