It is interesting that he notes that “laws as organizational house-rules into which one enters voluntary by choosing to remain within the polity” as though we have a choice about remaining within the polity.

If I could choose which polity I joined, I would be very happy. Perhaps Mr. Klein has missed his calling and should consider lobbying for unlimited right of secession for those trapped in his nightmare of polity?
