Socialists say: take it all!

September 10, 2008 by

Check it out: “Fannie and Freddie nationalised – let’s take over the rest.” No, it’s not the Onion. It’s Socialist.net, which is at least more honest than the Wall Street Journal in admitting what this is about.

Don’t they pause for a second why they are so in agreement with their supposed class-enemies? Why are they so happy and encourage socialisation by a right-wing facist government?

“The critics of the capitalistic order always seem to believe that the socialistic system of their dreams will do precisely what they think correct.”
Ludwig von Mises

I noticed (not surprisingly) that the website “Socialist Appeal” offered no place to post comments after articles and there were no blogs for any free thinking socialism activist to express their appeal for socialism and Marxism. However, if there was, I guess it would be ironic.

Maybe I’m the only one, but I’m glad the feds took responsibility for their (adult) children. Now, it is obvious who is responsible.

Just more negative talk by liberals that hate America, and the troops!

The heartbeat of Austrian economics isn’t the economy itself as much as it is liberty. A people can never truly be free with an ever depreciating junk money supply, as well as, of course, a massive total taxation burden (including the inflation tax).

Likewise, the foundation of liberty itself is the means to resist tyrrany in all its forms and at all its levels. The entirety of world history has shown us that this can only be fully accomplished with a fiercely armed and proficient citizen republic.

Is there any wonder that the movement towards fiat counterfit, credit inflation and control mongering we are having shoved down our throats is occuring simultaneously with a the mandate for global disarmament (of the people, never the government, of course)?

As we beat our guns into plowshares (and methodically plow for those who don’t), we face a total tax burden (including inflation) that breaches the upper limits of anything reasonably similar to mere socialism; we are flirting with complete totalitarian, statist communisim within one or two generations, tops.

There can be no such thing as lasting liberty without the strength of sound money and the security of arms. The present assault on both is no coinsidence.

MW,

I just emailed the author of the article (went to Contact US) as follows:

Mr. Brooks:

Like most socialists, you wouldn’t know a free market from a baked potato:

To their credit, they take a shot at the bad practice of fractional reserve lending.

True A.B. Even a broken clock is right twice a day I guess.
