Granted, I’m someone who has always loved the navel-gazing of legal academia–Fred Rodell’s classic 1937 article Goodbye to Law Reviews is a case in point (more Great American Law Review articles here)–but I found absolutely fascinating Dan Hunter’s recent article on the future of law reviews and open source–which I stumbled across in this post, Open Access Publishing in the Legal Academy.
