In response to my gentle critique, he wrote in an email (that I assume he won’t mind me reproducing):
Dear Mr Murphy: I read it this morning as it happens. I don’t have the
time to dialogue with you about it, but I thank you for the respectful
treatment. It’s one of the things that i like about libertarians that
they are ALWAYS willing to engage, ALMOST always with complete
intellectual honesty, and MOST of the time quite politely.
