Really, Senator Coleman and the NYT?
I was under the impression that a much more accurate and truthful description of government is that it steals and impairs the person and property of the politically less powerful to the benefit of the politically more powerful.
It’s a devil’s bargain. Would you rather have Al Frankin?
The funniest part is:

This line is amazing. The senator actually said that government employees NOT taking flights that they aren’t supposed to is a SAVINGS?
