Thanks for all the great work. The new collection is next on my Must Buy list.

Bastiat was an amazing thinker and writer. His younger Belgian colleague, Gustave de Molinari, is also still worth reading, and I will be interested in comparing Bastiat’s more theory-laden writings with Molinari’s contributions, which are just now being translated.

De Molinari is a key thinker in anarcho-capitalist thought. And Bastiat is brilliant, far more so than Smith even.

What a magnificent interview! The content and your delivery combined to highlight the great distinction of this phenomenal contribution of yours to economic science. The more I heard the more convinced I was of the importance of this work.

To think that the generosity of supporters of the Mises Institute can potentially deliver into the hands of everyone on this planet unmistakable economic truths! Thanks to them, and thanks to the Mises Institute for making economic understanding available to everyone, and thanks to you for recognizing the importance of Fredrick Bastiat to the cause of liberty (and for bringing that to our attention).

I enjoyed this interview enormously! Both of you are scholarly and eloquent. It would be a pleasure to see more of these interviews or perhaps informal roundtables.

How about the “daily/weekly video” to go along with daily article.

I’d like to see this video in a daily article with links to all of Dr. Thornton’s audio files in the mises.org/media section.
