Will this be available by print on demand?
I’ve been wanting this book since Salerno referenced it in a recentish Mises.org article. I had no idea how I was going to get a hold of it. Mises.org… Where dreams come true! (Scholarly dreams at least.)
I would like to see Harper’s Why Wages Rise book included in the Mises print on demand series. Some of Hayek’s old work on capital theory would also be nice, particularly Prices and Production.
I remember Rothbard praising this book in Man, Economy, and State, and myself writing it down for future purchase. I’m glad this is once again seeing the light of day.
