What did we do before the web?

There was a time when we had no viable means to get crocodile and antelope meat, and you could forget about a Yakburger. Now there’s exoticmeats.com

Purely by coincidence I saw Exotic Meats’ physical location (their sign anyway) from across the highway when staying at the Marriot on NE Loop 410 in San Antonio.

I won’t be a customer until they start selling in vitro meat, but I appreciate Exotic Meats as a manifestation of today’s wealth anyway.

Jeff, here is an idea I found on the web where one can combing eating exotic meats and saving the world ecosystems at the same time. Here’s the link: http://www.tomhurst.us/docs/061225_exotivore.html
