The most important libertarian theorist living, Dr. Hoppe has now had his work translated into at least 18 different languages, Georgian being the latest. Hoppe’s articles–translations of his Political Economy of Monarchy and Democracy and Ethics and Economics of Private Property were published in Vol. II: Liberalism and Power, and Vol. III, Liberalism and Property, of the Library of Liberty series of the (New Economic School – Georgia, which series contains a selection of free market oriented writers published with support of Friedrich Naumann Foundation (Germany).

A railroad runs beside a farm. The engine emits sparks, damaging the farmer’s crop. What is to be done? From the classic viewpoint, what needs to be established is who was there first,
