I didn’t know the Mises/Che shirt was ever seriously for sale. I had one made when the graphic was posted on this blog a long time ago, but I’ll bet the quality of your silkscreening is much higher.
I’ve never ran into anyone who saw it and nodded knowingly.
I enjoy my “Commies aren’t cool” shirt that has che’s face crossed out. that gets some good notice
Just a question to the Mises Institute crew –
I must applaud the Mises Institute staff for taking it upon themselves to sell shirts (Mises, Rothbard, Menger) and other Austrian memorabilia, in addition to all the wonderful editions of wonderful Austrian & libertarian literature.
But I was just looking at my dorm room here at GMU today and thinking the walls are a bit bare. Seems to me that there’s an increasingly large group of young (high school- and college-aged) Austrians, libertarians, and Austro-libertarians, so…
the question is…
Any plans for posters? Given the rather white status of my walls, I’d be one of the first in line to buy a few Austrian/libertarian-themed posters (I for one would absolutely love a large poster of the black-and-white photo of young Rothbard – I believe it’s the one on the inside cover of the Scholar’s Edition of MES). Any plans? Or better yet, has it already been done and I’m just missing them?
Just a thought,
Thomas Van Wyk
I think that out of the products that I received in the recent e-mail update, the Rothbard shirt is the most appealing.
Does it have anything on the back?
I would like one in medium, when that size arrives.
Actually that is available now in all sizes. Thanks for pointing out the dated catalog copy.
