This is an entertaining work that will surely promote Austrian ideas. It illustrates the Rothbardian (versus the Hayekian) strategy of appealing to the masses, not trying to work through the elite.

Odd, I didn’t detect a single instance of Austrian political economy coming from that. Perhaps it was too subtle for the likes of me.
Bwwwahahaha! Joe and Hans rock, duuuuude!
Hmmm… I didn’t catch it. Am I missing something? Was there something there to miss?
Sorry but it ain’t funny at all.
Two points of clarification:
(1) I didn’t create this. Someone sent it to me, and I thought it was really funny so I blogged it. I kept my post deadpan because I thought it would be funnier that way when people clicked on it, but before anyone commented on it, I went out of town.
(2) This is actually a great marketing idea. The people promoting the movie designed it so you just feed in two names and head shots. Thus, it encourages people to email the link to the movie trailer to all their friends who know the people involved. (Try playing it again and then clicking on “CREATE YOUR OWN TRAILER” at the end.)
So, we could create our own trailer with pics of Robert Murphy and Stephan Kinsella, for example?
