19th-century Belgian economist Gustave de Molinari was a member of the French Liberal School and is considered the founder of free-market anarchism. I’ve just finished translating some essays by and about him:
Molinari’s Utopia of Liberty (1848) — an early attempt at “libertarian outreach to the left”
Molinari’s The Feeding of Paris During the Siege (1871) — describing how the French government’s attempts to alleviate the siege made it worse
Yves Guyot’s Obituary for Molinari (1912) — a sketch of Molinari’s life and work
